  • This is the perfect class for beginners or anyone who wants to fine-tune their form. We’ll break down rowing technique, work through drills, and build confidence with every stroke. A great way to get “ready” for any of our other classes.

  • Our classic full-body workout and the heart of Row West. Classic Row blends rowing with strength and core work on the floor using dumbbells, TRX band-its, and more. It’s the perfect balance of power and endurance.

  • Spend more time focusing on weight training and progressive overload to get stronger both on and off the erg. You’ll lift dumbbells, work through functional strength movements, and pair it all with targeted rowing drills designed to maximize your power.
    Build muscle, boost metabolism, increase bone density and row stronger.

  • All row, all go. This endurance-focused class keeps you on the erg for most of the 50 minutes, with a short recovery stretch halfway through. Expect a combination of cardio-
    driven drills, steady state rowing, and that satisfying post-row glow.

  • Your reset button. Recovery Row blends endurance paced rowing with movements off the erg to designed for mobility and active recovery. This class helps you unwind, rebalance, and recharge while keeping your body moving.

  • Stay strong, stay mobile. This class combines rowing with functional balance and mobility exercises off the erg to keep your body moving well for the long haul. Ideal for all ages and fitness levels, it’s your go-to for longevity and stability.

  • This 50-minute class alternates between high intensity rowing intervals and bodyweight floor work designed to push your limits and fire up every muscle. Short bursts, big
    results, major sweat.

  • This 60-minute cardio challenge is designed to test your stamina, resilience and mental grit. Intensity builds throughout class, leaving you feeling strong, sweaty, and unstoppable.

  • A lower sensory rowing class designed around lower stroke rates, moderate music volume, and minimal lighting changes helping you lock in and stay focused. Expect technique-driven coaching that builds power through crisp, intentional strokes. You’ll leave with balanced energy and a deeper connection to the rowing process
