Refresh Row - 50 Min

Refresh Row is a welcoming class for beginners and those returning to rowing. Rebuild strength at your own pace with supportive, individualized coaching.

Beginner Friendly

HIIT Row - 50 Min

High-intensity rowing intervals alternate with bodyweight floor work. Short bursts, high effort, and major sweat.

EnduroRow - 70 Min

A longer endurance challenge designed to test stamina, resilience, and mental grit. Intensity builds throughout, leaving you strong, sweaty, and accomplished.

Recovery  Row - 60 Min

Your reset button. Recovery Row blends endurance-paced rowing with mobility and active recovery work off the erg to help you unwind, rebalance, and recharge.

Lift & Row - 50 Min

A strength-forward class focused on progressive overload. You’ll lift dumbbells, move through functional strength patterns, and pair it all with targeted rowing to maximize power, build muscle, and increase bone density.

Low Row - 50 Min

A lower-sensory experience with reduced lighting changes, moderate music volume, and lower stroke rates. Technique-driven, intentional, and grounding.

Total Row - 50 Min

All row, all go. This endurance-focused class keeps you on the erg for most of the 50 minutes, with a short recovery stretch halfway through. Expect cardio-driven drills, steady state rowing, and that satisfying post-row glow.

Ready Row - 50 Min

ideal for beginners or anyone refining technique. This class breaks down rowing form, drills, and fundamentals to build confidence and efficiency.
